Summer 2010: The Kwikees put together two nights of student-written comedy, spearheaded by Sarah Hubschman. One performance took place at the Tenafly Arts annex, and the other at The Ethical Culture Society of Teaneck.

Performers included: Griffin Hennelly, Jesse Minekis, John Tierny, Alexa Langwell, Alan Aisenberg, Alex Gustafson, Dan Levinsohn, Jeanette Kim, Alex Lazar, Katie Lazar, Sarah Hubschman, Gargi Padki and Alec Sobel.

Student Art Gallery @ The Borghi Gallery

On September 25, 2009 more than 15 young painters, photographers and sketch artists showed their work at The Borghi Gallery in Englewood, NJ. The event was coordinated by Kwikees member Alison Sellick.

All proceeds went to Americans for the Arts, a group that helps to bolster arts programs in our schools.

Our three-week run at the McCandless Room was a huge success and Stuart Spencer rocked the house on the 31st, but its about time The Kwikees got down and dirty.

At 8pm on THURSDAY, AUGUST 13th, The Kwikees presents the show to end all shows. Get ready for the grittiest sketches, the most bizarre songs, poems that would make your parents gag. Revel in the near-limitless creative freedom!

(There will be some normal stuff too, this blurb is mostly for show :-p)

There will be comedy, music, film- we're working on a dancing bear! So get your butts out to The Puffin Cultural Forum and lets have at it!

Week Four: Playwriting Master Class
with Stuart Spencer

The Kwikees is proud to present playwright, educator, and all-around brainiac Stuart Spencer. Spence will discuss the necessities of scene-building and the history of narrative with a number of contemporary and historical examples. This kind of lesson is invaluable to all brands of story-crafters! Budding fiction writers, filmmakers, poets, join us for a night of illumination.

This is The Kwikees 4th and final event at The McCandless Room in Tenafly. Please come and support our efforts.

Kwikees Kids were invited to serve as community guests at the Tenafly Farmer's Market on Sunday, June 28 2009! The market is dedicated to benefitting local farmers and businesses by creating a well-informed and environmentally-concious community.

Over the course of the day we were joined by many skilled musicians. Our lineup consisted of:
